Volvo Construction Equipment AB, International Division is expanding significantly together with the business growth and has an open position as Process Leader, TQM Support The Business Development & Strategy team needs another member to establish this new position in the company. Quality is a strong focus and we use the holistic approach of Total Quality Management (TQM) in our efforts to become No 1 in Customer Satisfaction among construction equipment manufacturers. Main tasks: You will be Process Leader for our TQM Support Process, which for example includes: Management and interpretation of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Responsible for the operational management system and its description in the web based manual cOMMon Management reporting and analysis of non financial performance indicators Support to Vice President Business Development & Strategy in planning and execution of Business Conferences, seminars and other events in the management process Facilitation and documentation of process mapping and process improvements throughout the company Coordination of Business Contingency Management for the site "Customer Center" Your profile This position requires a desire for satisfying external as well as internal customers, fact based decision making and efficient cooperation; you have a true quality spirit. Your ability to listen and adapt is as important as to sell and motivate your own ideas and solutions. In other words, you have mature social skills and have a strong drive and self motivation. Other skills include: Business orientated; always interested in what makes up a viable and long term sustainable business case for Volvo CE and the Dealers Communicative, well formulated and a good teacher Interested and skilled in using statistics to analyze performance with ability to see the abstract patterns and logics - while very concrete in actions Task orientated and skilled in project management, able to keep a lot of information and actions in order and under control Open minded and brave - there are always different ways to reach a target Proficiency and interest in the use of personal computers, interfaced to databases of various types Appropriate language skills for our international markets, minimum fluent in English Your background: You have probably a university degree in business management, economy or engineering, but this can be compensated with relevant experience and personal profile. Your experience includes working in different environments, preferably with some quality assurance or operational development included. You have been involved and responsible in projects as well as continuous improvement tasks. Even short projects and appointments are relevant in all of the above. It is a clear merit if you have been involved in establishing and implementing procedures, performance measurements or quality tools. You will be located in Eskilstuna, do some traveling in the markets, and report to Vice President Business Development & Strategy. The sooner you can start work the better. Naturally experience from the construction equipment industry is a merit.
