The mission of the Process Learning area is to drive the Learning Transformation with clients in the process organisation (Process Transformation; Process office).
You will be part of an exciting challenge, ensuring optimum client and learner experience through design of engaging learning.
What you will do
Support delivery of flexible and dynamic roadmap of prioritised skills and knowledge for learners within the process organisation, and for recipients of client organisation knowledge (with agreed stakeholders)
Ensure that digital learning solutions created are relevant and engaging for the target audiences, achieving high levels of engagement and adoption; drive community management within the process learning team to ensure high levels of engagement amongst learners and SMEs
Engage and support SMEs in directly creating and curating content, supported by the Digital Content team and external suppliers as required
Drive the use of data in client process teams to inform decisions about learning priorities, channels and engagement mechanisms
Work closely with the Learning Engagement Managers to ensure a seamless client experience
Contribute to Tetra Pak’s learning transformation through participation in the learning culture project and implementation of key initiatives within the client organisation
Drive productivity measures to ensure optimum value from spend on internal and external learning resources
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You have a track record for driving digital learning and are technologically savvy.
You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management and engagement abilities.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
