Process Manager

About the job
As Process Manager, you will develop, document and implement processes within the assigned process areas in order to improve performance and establish a global process template within Alfa Laval. You will also govern implemented standard processes together with the Global Process Owner and drive deployment of new or improved processes within the process areas on live sites.
Tasks include:
Analyzing, specifying, designing, documenting and implementing end-to-end processes and/or Standards in order to improve performance and establish a global template within Alfa Laval.
Conduct training of users of the processes or standard.
Follow-up the implementation to ensure "fit for purpose" and validate that business objectives were met.
Manage (evaluate, analyze, decide) change requests to the process or standard.
Drive implementation of new/improved processes on the already live sites
Lead Proof of Concepts for new processes or standards.
