What You´ll Do:
The Process Manager Inventory and Operations Planning is part of the Planning System Centre of Excellence and accountable for the global Inventory and Operations planning processes connected to the Veoneer Planning System. Including secure that the processes are aligned and maintained, and that the organization is prepared to utilize the existing, as well as any new, system capabilities developed. The Process Manager is responsible for developing and sharing the global Inventory, Capacity and Supply plans, and providing timely analysis necessary for appropriate decision making.
Primary Task:
- Support local planning execution. Secure functioning system processes and data quality. Generate scenarios to facilitate risk assessment and mitigation activities. Deliver second level system support.
- Lead the Inventory and Operations Review and represent Inventory and Operations Planning in the global SIOP process. Review and commit the global Inventory, Capacity and Supply plan, based on input from local planners, to meet organization goals.
- Drive improvement. Secure cross-functional alignment, integrated with business strategies and product portfolio, to improve Customer service level, Capacity utilization, Inventory targets, and other planning measures. As part of the Centre of Excellence, proactively provide system level improvements and training (System and Way of Working) to key stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
- Inventory, Capacity and Supply planning skills/experience
- Experience and understanding of Advanced Planning Systems (technically and organizationally)
- Ability to implement and drive Process Development and Change Management to secure value for stakeholders
- Demonstrate analytical skills and meet deadlines with a strong desire to execute tasks with quality and a sense of urgency
- Experience from Trainer role, preferably in the form of Super user or similar
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Education
- University programs in Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant work experience
