What you’ll do
We are looking for a Process Manager Volvo Agent Sales that will be responsible for the design, optimization, and automation of sales processes for Volvo Cars sales agents, to be followed within the sales operations of our online direct business. You will be a member of the product team taking ownership for continuous enhancements of the product features utilized by our sales agents on the direct sales management platform, allowing them to efficiently manage prospect relationships and turn them into sales.
You will work in close partnership with your product manager, engineers, and designers in your team as well as key stakeholders in the Volvo Cars commercial organization and take lead on the following tasks:
• Design, develop and deliver processes, methods and tools/features which help Volvo Cars sales agents to deliver an outstanding, omnichannel customer shopping experience and continuously improve their productivity
• Create and maintain business process flow diagrams
• Analyze, challenge & optimize sales processes and lead optimization projects with multiple stakeholder groups
• Implement process standardizations while keeping in mind market and business model specifics of the different countries
• Ensure the feasibility of proposed processes and co-ordinate successful rollouts for newly developed processes
You and your skills
You have a passion for sales and possess solid knowledge of retail sales processes in the automotive landscape. You enjoy communicating with teams and can manage several stakeholders, optimally in a structured project management tool. You solve problems going from the customer needs based on consumer insights and data to how the technology works. You are able to diagram process flows, identify blockers and transform processes to remove bottlenecks and ensure commercial success. To succeed, we believe that your background and skills also include:
• Several years of experience in operational automotive sales, ideally combined with the management of global sales projects
• Knowledge and experience working on projects and in particular process optimization, automation and visualization
• Completed Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in Economics, Business, Process Design or a similar subject.
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills with the ability to think end-to-end
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a working knowledge of state-of-the-art systems and tool chains

Preferably HQ Gothenburg or Stockholm
