As a Process Manager, you will hold an important role belonging to the department Quality and Customer Satisfaction, Complete Vehicle within Group Trucks Technology. Our team has the responsibility to lead the Quality journey with the ambition to safeguard the customer satisfaction by initiating all short-term quality improvements and influencing long term projects to deliver the right quality level.




THIS IS THE ROLE
The mission of the Process Manager is to support and coach the line organizations in the detection, evaluation, testing and improving the ways of working.


Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve the Solve Customer Product Issues process.
Support Process Owner in all possible ways, improving process performance according to Process Owner directives, based on business needs and strategies
Design and develop ways or working with the translation of all business needs and compliance with governing policies and directives in the Volvo Group
Define process measurements and develop measurement system
Seek interface agreements with related processes
Secure that process documentation is published in relevant Management Systems
Drive improvement with Process Working Groups and give support/follow-up by securing corrective actions and idea generation with the Line Organization as your guide
Manage P&IT Change Requests, taking the lead when the case is mostly a process change
Collaborate with IT Solution initiatives, if applicable

Competence and experience
Business knowledge and understanding of own process and solutions and its contribution within Volvo Group
Knowledge about process methods and tools
Good knowledge and experience in Change Management
Experience with JIRA
Experience with Quality Processes
