Description
The client is now looking for a Process Manager. They have entered a new contract with a vendor and discussions have arisen about whether the existing ITIL processes need an update to be more agile or at least a plan for when and how the processes need to be improved - above existing continuous improvements.
Furthermore, the vendor would like to move documented accountability and responsibility in the processes. This will be a huge change and encompass the need for a gap analysis.
Work tasks:
- Familiarize with the IT Process Framework, policies, and principles
- Thorough knowledge of what is described and agreed for Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment processes
- Workshop with Vendor to discuss changes to the processes turning them Agile
- Securing how to extend best and keep the responsibility to the Vendor in the processes.
- Establish an overall roadmap for agile improvements with vendor
- Establish a continuous improvement plan for mentioned processes
- Discussing and elaborating with PN practitioner managers to agree on which changes are feasible
- Document and implement (together with PN practitioner managers) the changes to the processes
Mandatory competence and experience:
- ITIL Managing Professional
- ITIL Strategic Leader
- Experience in ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment
- Experience in Service Integration and Management
- Experienced in documenting and implementing processes
- Knowledge of working in large organization with outsourcing
- Knowledge about SAFE and Agile way of working
- Fluently in English
