Overall a Process manager is encouraged to deliver:
Secure stable and aligned functionality in the supporting applications and master the knowledge of WHAT and HOW to operate the activities in the Supply Chain.
Secure that system changes have a controlled and desired impact on the operation of the process
Drive/control development and maintenance of ways of working including capabilities to support implementation.
The Process manager acts within a sub process or across processes for the defined functional area.
Secure that ISMS baseline requirements are met and fulfilled for the applications/systems within the process manager responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficiency of a function within one or more processes.
Responsible to secure operational stability of the application.
Responsible that the global application work instructions are up to date, per latest release of process, connected tools etc.
Responsible of guiding operations in “how-to” questions in second line support as needed.
Support in Roles & Authorization questions.
Responsible to guide the line organization in the right direction to use full system capabilities
Responsible to be a key competence in major changes /projects.
In cooperation with ITTE influence the solution strategy development.
Drive method/system improvement.
Specify requirements on IT system required to support the process
Collect, align, and harmonize local need and demand with global need and demand
To define Demand Value description - Understand impact, how and if value will be realized by need and demand implementation
Prioritize need and demand based on process strategy and process requirements
Requirement break-down of scope elements for IT tool, Process, and Local/global requirements
Responsible to understand and secure process value-adding information flow and how IT tools support it.
Responsible too secure that the ISMS baseline requirements are met and fulfilled for the applications/systems within the GPA responsibility. This covers the areas Asset Management, Configuration Management, Access Management, Data Privacy, Incident, and Problem Management.
Required Competence
Deep knowledge in the License handling process (SW Make)
Deep knowledge of the Instantaneous Licensing solution
Deep knowledge of the IL manager solution
Deep knowledge of the Self Service license activation solution
Knowledge of agile way of working
Ericsson Business Process Knowledge
Ericsson Knowledge
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Global and Local Supply Sub Process Knowledge
Operational experience within relevant functional area and specialized in both process and it issues
Understand process value adding information flow and how IT tools support it
Knowledge of organizational expert data used within the sub process area
Knowledge of configurable expert data parameters used within the sub process area
Knowledge of Ericsson's information model as well as the information objects within the function
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Ability to adopt and work per an agile method for IT tool development when needed
Initiate and drive change management rendering to Demand to Realization Process
Set up and drive stakeholder forums
Perform local process assessments for appointed Supply sub process area and identify global-local gaps
Communication Skills
Communicate and promote process changes and supported IT tool development
Understand and work aligned with IT process
SoftWare Make IT Tools & Systems
Education: MSc or the equivalent level of knowledge
Knowledge to collect and harmonize global/local demands, define demand value, understand impact, break-down of, prioritize and manage requirements.
