Location
The position is based in Gothenburg with frequent international collaboration and travel.
 
Purpose of the role

In order to further develop Ascom Wireless Service Delivery capabilities we need a ‘Process near Service’ Manager. This person should drive development and alignment within our regions when it comes to processes, methods and tools.

This is a full time position and you will be member of the After Market and Service team reporting to VP Global Services. Since the team is responsible for the product near services with international users and systems located in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, you will need to occasionally work early or late.
 
About the Job

• Responsible for all Service Delivery Processes, Methods and Tools
• Drive alignment and implementation within regions
• Support ERP implementation, adjustments and design.
• Develop a structure to compare regional product near service delivery
• Develop and automate measurement of KPI’s
• Support knowledge sharing between our regions
• Improve and align product near service ways of working

 
About You

You always keep team members involved in your work and you are not afraid to ask for help and advice.
Your qualifications include:

• 5-10 years’ experience in Services / Product Management
• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering. 
• In-depth knowledge of services for solutions and system integration in the medical device market and network business including relevant companies
• Good knowledge of FDA, MDDS & MD regulatory processes and requirements
• Good knowledge of the internal operations and workflow in healthcare (hospitals, psychiatry and elderly care homes).
• Strong change management skills with hands-on experience in implementing and establishing successful changes
• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining professional services projects and tools for complex business-to-business products and applications
• Ability to understand Ascom Wireless Solutions’ strategy, business and industry at large
• Ability to understand the Ascom Wireless Solutions portfolio
• Understands and has proven track record of working with financials, revenue, margins, profitability of different distribution models and customers within healthcare
• Ability to quickly build and enrich relationships with peers across functions at all levels of an organization
• Senior level, polished skills in presenting service concepts to the regional Service teams with a strong focus on the benefits for the customer
• Independent and pragmatic attitude with a high focus on support and accomplishment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, oral and written is a must; Swedish, French and German are an asset
