Process Operator

•Follow the work and safety instructions available for the work area.
• Participate in pulse and improvement meetings and APT Workplace meetings.
• Keep good order and follow 5S work culture at work. • Report safety and maintenance deviations.
• Responsibility for the maintenance for machine in own responsibility.
• If necessary, should act as a replacement operator/technician in the process.
• Perform cleaning according to assignment and where it is necessary be available for other tasks when required.
• Prepare& submit capital expenditure requests for Manufacturing Facility Equipment.
• Be part of day-to-day implementation and following of Productive Maintenance “PM”.
• Ensure and improve overall operation effectiveness of equipment.
• To be part of continuous improvement.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by manager.
