Are you passionate about business development?
Channel Experience & Governance within Digital Banking and IT are building up Channel Launch process management capabilities for Swedbank and we are now looking for a super skilled and driven process owner for Channel Launch.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Develop, design and govern the launch process and secure cross-process alignment
Drive Change by facilitating Group-wide implementation, execution and process adherence by supporting relevant Stakeholders
Agile Performance Management – collaborative and continuous feedback, including measurements and analysis of the launch process
Continuous improvements and fine-tuning of the launch process based on customer feedback, and feedback from internal users/stakeholders
Build strong relationships with core stakeholders. A large part of the job is about understanding, coordinating and delivering on the expectations of our stakeholders
Work in a matrix organization closely together with Value Streams, Channel Management function in both Swedish Banking and Baltic Banking, Group Communication and other relevant Stakeholders.
What is needed in this role:
University degree
Process Management
Knowledge of-, and experience in SWAP (Swedbank Agile Process),
Project management
Proven track record in delivering complex tasks
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken

Analytical mindset - Structured way of thinking and approaching problems to build fact based solutions that are easily visualized and understood
Business development – Ability to challenge current ways of working, drive implementation and that thrives in the build-up of processes
Experience of working with or leading a fast-paced modern development organization and constantly improving ways of working
Be a supportive and business minded person that have experience from complex and regulated organizations working in cross-country-border environments
