In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be part of establishing the new Distribution Excellence unit within Business Development

- Harmonize, maintain, and improve Swedbank’s corporate onboarding and offboarding processes to reduce inefficiencies, increase quality and improve customer experience

- Ensure compliance adherence in our onboarding and offboarding processes and that the processes meet regulations and governance activities

- As business owner towards several of Swedbank´s agile portfolios, transform business needs to requirements and ensure needed development to support the on- and off boarding process journey

- Update and maintain process documentation, describing what we have to do, who will do it, where will it be performed and when in time

- Improve and maintain ways of working instructions for the client facing personnel, explaining how the work shall be done, detailed directions and steps to do a job correctly

- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders from other units and areas in the bank, for example colleagues across all units of C&I, Group Anti-Financial Crime and Group Channel and Technology



What is needed in this role:

- Experience of leading change in a complex environment with many stakeholders and dependencies

- Track record of creating a good working environment, a strong collaboration culture and team spirit

- Solid experience of implementing process improvements with compliance adherence

- Experience in building efficient ways-of-working and automation of processes

- Extensive professional knowledge of the corporate business, customer demands and bank interactions during the customer lifecycle

- Works independently with limited oversight from manager in most complex situations

- Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices

- Relevant academic degree

- Strong spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish
