Process Owner, deputy

IKEA Components task within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range.We create substantial cost-and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and trade of raw materials, components and fittings.IKEA Components is part of the IKEA group and share the IKEA vision and values.Our business is global and we are 750 employees based in Sweden, Slovakia and China.Through co-operation with IKEA Trading Offices we are in addition represented at several other sites around the world. IKEA Components is looking for a deputy Process Owner.At IKEA Components we are working with three different global business processes, with one Process Owner for each area.As deputy Process Owner you will be specialized in one of the business processes and work together with the Process Owners.You will be responsible for one or more support processes.In the long run, our aim is that you will replace existing Process Owner and be a part of the management group IKEA Components globally.The purpose of the function is to: * Steer and develop the business in line with IKEA Components goals.* Secure that the outcome of our processes fulfill our customers demands, needs and expectations.* Secure that we fulfill it in a cost efficient way.* Identify improvement potentials by analyzing current situation.* Create proposals for changes, both regarding method and system support.You must have: * A good understanding of today s business environment.* A structured approach in analysis and development of solutions.* Very strong communication skills.This is an advantage to have: * University degree in business administration or engineering education.* Experience from working in a process oriented organization.* Experience from working in an international environment.
