Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

This is challenging and at the same time the background to why a new organisation, Demand to cash management, was established 1st of January this year.

Demand to cash (D2C) management is responsible for the Forecast and planning process and the Order to cash process including Order management. We are today around 50 people.

Our mission is to increase the flow efficiency within Scania’s product delivery process, Order to Delivery (O2D), while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way. The aim is to already this year make a positive impact on Scania’s financial result.

We are in a transformation where we are defining our new way of working and we have many exciting challenges ahead. We are therefore reinforcing our team with a few new Process performance managers.

In this role you are the keeper of the flow perspective both internally at Demand to cash and for Scania at large. You work with the entire process from the occurrence of need at the customer until that need is filled. You identify deviations, analyze trends and continuously challenge the process in order to improve the performance.

This role is the crucial link that ensures that what is developed is implemented and put into operations. And the other way around secures that the right input is taken into consideration in the development phase. You will be a change agent in the sense that you will explain, anchor and get people on board on the changes decided.

Your profile

You are a driven team player with a high capability to analyze information, find patterns and draw conclusions. You are accurate and use a critical mindset to question findings and new information.  You are also curious to understand how new technics such as advanced analytics can be used to add value to the operations. You have a strong ability to plan, structure, run and follow up activities.

You have a relevant academic degree for the job and are fluent in English. Practical experience from working in a flow oriented- or lean system is qualifying.
