PROCESS PROJECT LEADER
Process & Project Engineering Lund is a department within Tetra Pak Planning and operations. We sell, engineering and deliver projects in Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). We work in close cooperation with the local markets, a typical project will be a Dairy or a Cheese factory.
We are looking for a Process Project Leader that will lead the projects from quotation to customer take over.
The position is permanent and based in Lund and you will travel approximately 20% of your time.
What you will do
As a Process Project Leader, you will lead the projects from quotation to customer take over in close cooperation with the project core team, your team, internal stakeholders, and customers. The project team consists of approximately 1-5 engineers.
You will focus on
•Leading the process design in customer orders throughout the order process
•Collaborating with the project core team and the project management
•Supporting and leading your team
•Drive technical discussions, making quotations and presentations for customers
Who you are You have a will to lead and taking ownership for your team and for the project. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships, as the work includes close contacts with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You are used to work in a high paced environment and can structure your work efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results. You are a leader with a positive and inspiring approach, motivating, and coaching is something you enjoy.
You have a university degree or other relevant education and at least 4 years working experience from process engineering within the food industry. A very good command of English, both written and verbal is a must.
