Process & Quality Manager

We are looking for a Process & Quality Manager Sweden who contributes to Etteplan’s growth and development. Main responsibilities cover developing and maintaining Etteplan’s ways of working as well as deploying these ways of working in Etteplan’s Swedish operations to assure that our services comply with quality requirements and meet and preferable exceed our customers' expectations.

Etteplan operation currently consists of 22 branch offices in Finland, 11 in Sweden, one in the Netherlands and three in China. You will preferable be located in our Stockholm office and work together with our expertise organization consisting of service minded and professional engineers and staff functions.

The role
The main responsibilities for the Process & Quality Manager Sweden include the following areas:
• Develop and implement the company’s processes and systems around how we work.
• Managing internal and external audits and maintaining quality and environmental certifications.
• Developing quality related processes, systems and tools
• Active cooperation with business/operations to identify new development needs
• Supporting business / operations by deploying processes and tools in customer services.

 Qualifications and Experience
• Master of Engineering or Economics degree
• Minimum three years’ experience from a similar position with English as working language. Engineering service business experience is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and energize with positive energy and drive.
• Is motivated by success and focused on achieving higher results.
• Ability to effectively apply and support others to apply standard ways of working and processes.
• Can effectively present to large groups. Is influencing and inspiring.
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft SharePoint experience is an advantage
