In your future role as Process Safety Engineer, you will
Improve the real result key performance indicators related to process safety at the site. In addition to this the Process Safety Engineer is a process engineering resource in the Technology department working in close cooperation with Manufacturing, RD&I and Marketing in different projects.
Main responsibilities:
· Build organizational capabilities within the Process Safety area
· Drive and manage the sites performance connected to Nouryon’s process safety requirements
· Maintenance, development and auditing of the sites process safety performance
· Lead projects and manage improvements within the Process Safety area
· Lead/support projects, studies and investigations within the Technology area
· Provide technical competence in projects, modifications and investigations
We believe you bring
· Master’s degree (Chemical engineering or similar relevant field)
· Several years of relevant work experience (production, maintenance, process engineering, etc.)
· Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, PHA Pro, Share Point); able to prepare various formats of documentation
· Solid project and stakeholder management experience
· You are fluent in English, both verbal and written

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Process & Quality Control Manager and based in Örnsköldsvik.
