Process Specialist - multiple locations

EVP NCE > Region NCE > Operating Model & Process Improvement
Business Improvement & PMO is a department of currently 11 employees within the business unit Service Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. Our scope covers all countries/markets within the region. We act as an excellence center and drive strategy as well as improvement projects within the region. This includes giving input to scope global projects and act as interface between headquarters and operations; implementing process changes, IT tools, and global projects and contributing to knowledge exchanges. We further drive changes and support the local Service organizations and Service Commercial in developing and implementing regional improvements and give daily business support to help our operational colleagues to reach their (and all of our) targets.
Responsibilities
This job is located in the team for Operating Model and Process Improvement and includes the following responsibilities:
Maintaining Operations process landscape in NCE:
Refining process landscape and define regional processes when required
Supporting establishing new processes with operational expertise
Supporting and training regional service Business Process Experts
Ensuring interfaces between commercial and operational processes

Providing input to global process management and to Salesforce and SAP Release Management:
Collecting of regional requirements
Prioritizing and alignment in global forums
Identifying and prioritizing areas to streamline processes and systems to minimize cost and reduce time
Supporting regional and global improvement initiatives with operational process knowledge
Representing Service NCE in global process forums to ensure consideration of regional requirements


Qualifications
Vocational training or Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field or similar
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational service area in industrial sector
Process management experience and process thinking capabilities
Experience within operational excellence and/or operational business development
Experience with SAP
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Experience with change management and stakeholder onboarding
Experience within service business and energy sector is a plus
