Samsung is now looking for a Process Specialist- Service to our Customer Satisfaction Team. In this role you will be working with data analyzes, key performance indexes and improving our processes within the service area all over the Nordic region. You will have a lot of internal- and external contacts and be an important part of Samsung?s ongoing work with enhancing customer service. Your position will be at our Nordic Headquarters in Kista. You will be reporting to our Service Operational Manager.

You will be working with:

- Analysing general data
- Supporting the department with system & reports
- Managing & obtaining Key Performance Indexes
- Implementing service routines
- Updating Dealer Guidelines
- Participation in different improvement projects
- Supporting our systems
- Project Management

Suitable background:

- At least 1-3 years? experience of similar tasks, for example in service, logistics, SCM or similar
- Academic degree
- A good understanding of the chain of sales and production
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English
- Experienced user of Excel & Power Point
- Experience from working in international companies is an advantage

In this role it is important that you like to work independently and have an ability to find new ways to resolve complicated issues.
