Are you passionate about technical challenges and people and interested in meeting Tetra Pak customers?

You will belong to the TS&S organisation at Tetra Pak Sverige AB based in Lund.

You will meet different customers in the Nordic countries and the Baltics and work with a broad variety of challenging tasks. You will work closely to both technique and customers and you will learn a lot about Tetra Pak products and it's market. This is a role with a lot of freedom, but also responsibility and challenge - you never know what to expect at customer site. Travelling is estimated to 50%.


Main responsibilities

-Support Tetra Pak customers with commissioning, trouble shooting, product technology and minor service assignments covering food processing equipment
-Carry out training of customers and internal staff
-Plan and administrate the above mentioned tasks
-Act as internal support


Qualifications

We believe that you have a strong customer focus and excellent listening skills. You have the ability to work in a team, as well as on your own and you possess a typical problem-solving attitude. You are flexible enough to handle various situations at customer site and you are able to plan and lead your own work. You are able to meet people at different levels and you can easily cope with change.

You have a solid background with at least 5 years of experience from the Food Industry, working as a Food Technologist or similar. It is a strong merit if you have experience from working in a dairy and has knowledge about separators and homogenizers, as well as automation. UHT/Aseptic production experience is considered as a plus.
