The ERP+ project includes most part of the business, whose schedule extends into 2025. The project work is organized in different "streams", depending on the processes/systems that are affected. The project is run based on the needs and requirements of the business, but the work in the project is done in close collaboration with IT.

We are looking for a Process stream lead (PSL) for "Design, Purchase & Produce Products & Services", which aims to replace Kappahl's order system. Your role is to serve as a sub-project leader, i.e., you place activities for your "stream" and coordinate with the other PSL within the project.

You need to have a good understanding to the business processes and the business needs that the system should support.

Your profile We are looking for you who have relevant university education and who have previous experience of a similar role. You are used to working with an agile mindset and have a flexible approach in your work. It is a merit if you have been on a change journey with the implementation of new working methods and systems in the past.

Your personality As a person you need to enjoy, and be good at, communicate and collaborate with different parties within the organization. You have the ability to have a helicopter perspective and are driven in projects. The fact that you are both structured and carful in your work is a matter of course. Your like to work towards set goals and are results oriented.
