Process Utilities Engineer- Wastewater treatment Skellefteå

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Process Engineer – Wastewater Treatment to join our great Utilities team.
The Process Engineer – Wastewater Treatment will be responsible for process utilities wastewater treatment projects, including time management and supervision of engineering design.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Process Engineer – Wastewater Treatment will be the project leader for wastewater treatment projects, including day-to-day contact with supplier and process engineers.
Key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Investigate different options for treatment of wastewater streams.
Interface with process and construction engineers.
Interface with equipment suppliers and process engineers for wastewater treatment.

Education/Experience
Fluency in Swedish, English
Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Industrial Management or similar
Able to read, understand, and review process, constructions, P&ID drawings
Able to use basic functions in some engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX
Able to work professionally with Microsoft Excel
Elementary knowledge and skills with Microsoft tools Word and PowerPoint
Able to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and simplified presentation so that any kind of stakeholder can understand them
Project management skill and excellent in documentation
Analytical, critical and have eye for details
Humble in working with people from different countries and cultures
Travel to visit equipment suppliers Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc)
Highly organised and result orientated
Has a can do-attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
