Outokumpu in Avesta are now looking for a committed Process Group Manager to one part of the Finishing Line. Welcome in with your application!
In the role as Process Group Manager you lead and develop the operations section and your staff towards agreed goals and Key Performance Indicators. You ensure that your employees carries out the process in accordance with safety regulations and instructions. The work group includes employees who works both shifts and daytime. You will report to Manager Finishing Line.
About the role:
Responsible for the production facility in the form of coordination, development, continuous improvement and optimization of the process.
You are responsible for personnel and develop the skills of your employees.
You are responsible for the work environment and the external environment and ensure that manufacturing regulations and protection regulations are followed and, if necessary, updated or changed.
Responsible for the process job descriptions and the implementation of Avesta's management system.
Plan and lead the work of your own staff at all stops.
Administers, communicates and purchases consumables and production supplies according to the authorization plan.

About you:
Bachelor/Master degree within relevant field, or experience that we consider equivalent.
Experience in leadership and people management.
Previous work experience in processes or industry.
Very good ability to be responsive, communicate & coach employees and stakeholders.
You like to take on responsibility, get things done and have a proactive mindset.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
