Process Engineer

Main responsibilities
Demonstrate safety leadership and advance our Zero & Beyond safety culture.
Be present on the shop floor and provide hands on troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and equipment to drive root cause analysis and corrective action.
Visualize and measure the performance of the plant
Be the key person between R/D and manufacturing to qualify new or alternative raw materials and products
Lead and coordinate Lean projects (LSS, SMED, Kaizen) around the organization to drive short-term and long-term business improvements.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production efficiency and quality of output.
Guiding, motivating and developing team members to reach their own potential.
Be in close contact with colleague in the other plants within Prysmian Group to share and develop existing processes

Qualifications
Technical/Engineering university degree
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Proactive and goes beyond expectations
Have a "can-do" attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Knowledge of Lean methods and Six Sigma
Excellent analytical and technical skills
Advanced competence in Excel
