Do you have a strong understanding of production processes and their connection to sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our team as a Processor and Waterjet Cutting Coordinator.
YOU WILL
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure outstanding service delivery to our customers. You'll need to have a service-oriented mindset to thrive in our fast-paced production environment.
Your main tasks and areas of responsibility;
Dealing with enquiries, providing cost-calculations to salespersons
Dealing with salespersons by phone, fax, post or e-mail
Registering waterjet cutting position (s)/orders in the business system
Modelling cut parts in the IGEMS-software
Coordinating production by ensuring that tasks are executed with precision and alignment with predefined expectations.

You will serve as a vital link between our production and sales teams. You'll need to have a thorough understanding of how our production processes operate and how they impact our sales efforts. This means being able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your ability to navigate the complexities between production and sales will be essential in delivering seamless service to our clients and driving success for the company.
YOU ARE
We're on the lookout for an individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and thrives in collaborative environments. This role requires the ability to work autonomously when needed, but also to seamlessly integrate within our team structure. While the position doesn't demand extensive seniority, it does call for a candidate with a keen grasp of production processes and their intricate relationship with sales dynamics. A knack for fostering positive relationships and effective communication between departments is vital.
Nice to have: Experience in production is highly valued, providing valuable insights and industry knowledge. While not required, proficiency in CAD programs and familiarity with MONITOR software are advantageous, enabling smoother operations and enhanced decision-making.
