Equipment Business Support is a dynamic team of seven individuals focusing on supporting the Capital Equipment Business conducted by our Market Companies.
The support covers all aspects of Capital Equipment Business from the initial contacts with a customer through the sales and delivery to complete customer satisfaction.Continuous development of Installation Service Products and Solutions that enable the achievement of Customer Satisfaction in installations of new packaging lines is of key importance.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to lead the definition, development and sales support of Services Products and Solutions for the installation of packaging equipment and building customer competence, leading to successful operation of Tetra Pak packaging lines.
Main tasks and responsibilities in this role:
Overall responsibility in product development projects and throughout the product lifecycle
Global business planning
Review scope, prioritise and initiate extensions or change activities
Provide business support to Clusters and Market Companies in sales of Installation Services and setting up Capital Equipment Contracts
Development and sharing of business methodology, tools and guidelines
Follow up and share best practices
Establish and support a network of Cluster/MC Installation Services commercial expertise
Kvalifikationer
You are an outgoing person with experience from both the commercial and the technical area.Experience from a market company, in a Technical Service or Commercial management role, is highly meriting.Product development experience and a solid understanding of customer needs are vital for this role.As your work will involve international contacts and travel you should be fluent in spoken and written English.
As a team member in our global environment you should have excellent analytical, communication and networking skills and you are used to work in a cross functional environment with both internal and external parties.Drive for solutions, process orientation, a service mindset and focus on results will also be essential to be successful in this position.
