Procuct Specialist Customer Training

We in looking for a professional Product Specialist to join our Customer Training Services product team, to support our customers in paper and pulp mills globally.

Your main responsibilities are:
* To develop and manage
- training material
- WebAcademy
- IMT (self studying courses)

* Production of training material within customer project
- Class room-training
- IMT (Self-studying courses)

* Administer WebAcademy in customer projects

Requirements:

* Education level of B.Sc or equivalent preferably orientated to Computer technicians or Industrial design

* Experience in training systems, e-learning development and design software as:
o Word
o PowerPoint
o Adobe package

* Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

* Excellent communication and internal skills, being self-motivated and customer-driven, developing contacts and relations in a global multicultural organization

* Knowledge about Pulp and Paper technology
