The Procurement Administration (SNDA) mission at Scania Procurement is to secure and improve the daily procurement operations by managing staff, system and office administration.
We manage ad-hoc office support, work actively with continued improvements and digitalization initiatives to make positive impact on small, medium and large scale areas.
SNDA, together with all our colleagues have a vision of becoming the world's best procurement organization which will accelerate Scania's work of driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system.
Together in our team and with cross-functional collaboration, we aid and improve the everyday operations at the procurement organization in a dynamic and challenging environment and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our team!
Your role
As our new Procurement Administrator colleague, you will work with Sourcing Board Coordination, which is a process that assures Scania Procurement capability to take investment decisions.
The other part of the role is to enable procurement operations by managing a broad area of administrative tasks and improvements.
You will work in a very dynamic setting where you act as a spider-in-the-net, supporting colleagues within Procurement but also across Scania, e.g. HR, Group Managers, Manager Assistants, Finance, and Business Developers.
Example of some tasks you will face:
Daily deliveries within a set timeframe
Quality assuring decision material
Managing weekly agendas and facilitate decision meetings
Drive and work with improving processes and spreading knowledge
Manage orders of hardware and software
Enabling onboarding of new employees
Providing ad-hoc administration support to colleagues

Who are you?

You are capable of take on a variety of different administration tasks simultaneously, while driving improvement initiatives that inspires you, which makes a sustainable and positive impact on your surroundings.
Your second nature is creating trust, building relations, and being a force of change. You possess strong communication skills, and are confident working with different Microsoft applications and other IT systems.
Your background may vary, and no university degree is needed.
Most importantly is that you have a great passion for administration, where change is the only constant, while you always strive to deliver new and improved ways of working.
