To be successful in this role, we believe that you:
• Beneficial if you have a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or corresponding
• Are fluent in English, both written and verbal, any other language skills is a plus
• Experience from similar position, working in tools like SAP Ariba, S4H or SAP R3 or similar Procurement tools
• Experience from working within Procurement, Finance or Retail
• Knowledge of the “Source to pay” and/or “Procure to pay” area is an asset

Your responsibilities
As a Procurement Administrator you will be part of our global purchasing team where your focus will be to cooperate with purchasers and suppliers throughout the purchase process. You will be part of contract, content and supplier lifecycle management, user compliance follow-ups as well as building relationships with purchasing teams, business partners, users and suppliers. In this position you will be working across countries and regions in a global IKEA network.
Your main focus will be to support an assigned Procurement Category- and market procurement purchasers throughout the procurement process, with the main focus to secure:
• Contract & content life cycle management
• Contract storage administration
• Make products and services available in Ingka e-procurement tools
• Content-quality and maintenance in ordering tools
• Pro-actively monitor contract and Purchase Order compliance and act based on the outcome
