At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers driven by electric motors with battery derived energy. The ES-30 is expected to enter into service in 2028.

Role Overview
Do you have a passion for procurement and are you professional in everything you do? As the Procurement Analyst you have a strategic procurement role and will be a key contributor to our value driven procurement excellence. You are proactive and analytical and manage the financial performance tracking of our Procurement department. This role is instrumental in forecasting and tracking of procurement financials and realizing best-in-class procurement performance. The Procurement Analyst is also responsible to standardize our departmental templates, drive ERP and e-procurement implementation and identify other system applications that generate efficiency. You develop our processes and policies in close collaboration with the Head of Procurement. You also have an instrumental role in driving sustainability initiatives with our supplier base together with the procurement and sustainability colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual procurement performance reports
- Manage Procurement spend & savings control
- Actuals vs forecast including gap analysis
- Develop and optimize supplier evaluation methods and templates
- Payment plans tracking in close liaison with procurement colleagues
- Manage, consolidate and update Vendor Master Data records
- Onboarding of new suppliers
- Responsible for management and improvement of systems & processes
- Compliance & Governance
- Regular monitoring of latest procurement tools, systems and applications
- Supplier Sustainability Goals & Performance
- Administrate Sourcing Board meetings, agenda and minutes
- Coordinate Procurement POA deliverables
- Coordination of Supplier Risk Assessment and Risk Management Tools
- Other procurement initiatives and special projects
- Procurement representative in internal or external projects or events as needed
- Be an active contributor to develop efficient procurement processes and best practice
Organization
The role is organized in the Procurement team and reports to the Head of Procurement. The Procurement Analyst is a financial / governance role interacting and collaborating with relevant stakeholders and colleagues as well as the supplier base.
This position is based in Gothenburg and may include some international travel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting and/or; equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controller or procurement analyst position
- Experience in being part of high performing teams engaging in cross functional collaborations
- Flexible attitude and solution-oriented mindset

- Excellent business mind and experience in an international environment
- Driven, responsible and accountable for your deliverables
- Strong analytic, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Microsoft Office suite with high level of proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- ERP Proficiency
The ideal candidate would have
- Experience working in the commercial aerospace or automotive industry in an OEM environment
- Experience from OEM development programs
- Experience working in an EASA CS-25 Design Organisation or international equivalent
