Procurement and Contract Manager IT and indirect material

Valueone is looking for a Procurement and Contract Manager IT and indirect material for a consultant assignment at telecom company in Stockholm. The assignment lasts for about six months with possibilities for a permanent position after completed assignment.

The role  

The assignment means that you will be responsible for supplier relation management and strategic sourcing processes in your area.

Main tasks:

Execute the category strategies of several domains within the indirect and IT categories.
Actively collaborate with category managers, stakeholders and executives within the organization.
Carry out contract management tasks for the vendors within your categories.

Experience and competencies  

This is a multi-tasking role impacting all spend categories, covering all procurement aspects. The role requires 3-5 years’ work experience from procurement or other relevant commercial or product experience. We like you to have a university degree in business administration, law, technology or corresponding education. Experience of managing sourcing projects is meritorious. We expect you to be fluent in English, in writing and speech. Additionally the role requires strong analytical and commercial skills.
