Pulp and Energy, Global Operations, Supply and Category Management, Process Development & Analyses team supports the global Supply and Category Management team with Procurement tool and application development, supply data reports, internal continuous improvement projects and business process development.
We are now looking for a Procurement Applications and Business Process Engineer.
As our Procurement Applications and Business Process Engineer you will be member of the Process Development & Analyses team and report to the Director for Procurement Development and Supplier Quality.
You will be the main responsible for defined tools and applications or have wider responsibility of the tool portfolio, depending on your earlier experience. You will be responsible for developing tools and applications and ensure that they are supporting efficient business processes. We are able to adjust the role based on your experience and interest.
Your main tasks are:
To Specify the requirements of our development needs for Supply & Category Management tools and applications. Communicate and persuade Pulp & Energy needs to other Business lines and IT department.
Implementation and communication of updates in Supply & Category Management tools and applications.
To collect, prioritize and execute the work for improvement suggestions/feedback for assigned tools or applications.
Expectations
You hold a degree connected to systems/supply management content on university level.
To succeed in this position, you have a broad overall knowledge of company procedures in project-oriented organizations.
We value an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation). You also have experience from a matrix working environment.
You enjoy working independently and take own initiatives. Sufficient written and spoken English skills are needed in this role.
Also, experience and knowledge from ERP systems, Power BI reporting tool, and procurement applications and tools are a definite plus.
