We are now looking for a star joining our clients Procurement team. It's a wide scope from admin to stakeholder communication/management and a great chance to get a deep understanding of procurement processes at our client company that is a leadin fintech company in the business.
This is a consultant assignment start asap and will extend for at least a year, with a possibility to get hired directly be the company or extend the assignment.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Procurement
* Support Contract Owners with low-risk procurements
* Drive and develop educational trainings for internal stakeholders at Klarna - Looop Online training
* Support the Procurement team with parts of the procurement process, for example, i.e.; guidance for their Contract Owners.
* Assist Contract Owners with DocuSign
Other & Ad hoc projects
* Create and organize procurement routines/manuals and other working documents
* Drive and coordinate projects/workstreams related to training and feedback
* Contribute to the Procurement team development related projects/workstream
* Manage internal announcements/communications
* Assist the Outsourcing team where/if needed, for example:
* outsourcing emails
* questions/requests
* updating the Outsourcing Arrangement Register
