Procurement Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst within Group Procurement that have a proven track record of implement, maintain and develop applications, establish training concept and secure effective use of the applications. You get energy from working with applications in combination with people and develop working methods with focus on digitalization.

Your role

Being a Business Analyst within the area Source to Pay & Digitalization you will implement, maintain and develop procurement applications.

You will be responsible to establish training concepts and drive change with focus on further develop ways of working internal Saab but also cooperate with Saabs partners and suppliers to secure effective use of the procurement applications.

In order for you to be successful in this role you need to ensure tight collaboration with the Source to Pay & Digitalization team, the purchasing organization and relevant stakeholders within Group Functions, Business Areas and with Saabs external partners and suppliers.

In this position you will report to the Head of Source to Pay & Digitalization within Group Procurement.

The main tasks:

* Implement, Maintain and Develop Procurement applications
* Establish trainingconcept, perform trainingsessions and secure continuous learning
* Further develop efficient working methods with focus on digitalization and simplicity and drive development projects
* Communication and cooperation with stakeholders
* Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities

Within Indirect Procurement we support all Business Areas in Sweden with their Procurement needs. We handle a current total annual spend of ~6 billion SEK giving us a strong customer postion in the market.

The Group Procurement organization consists of 45 experienced colleagues, primarly of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business analysis, Process Method &Tool development and Business Solution Management.
