Procurement Buyer

Assignment description

- Will together with your stakeholders setup the future digital landscape
- Work close to your digital buyer colleague to secure we contract the right digital offer in order to support our clients future state
- Solve problems together with the relevant cross-functional experts to take the right actions based on insights
- Advise stakeholders on procurement issues, providing support
- Define and take corrective actions to improve contract compliance and continuously
- Perform necessary market analysis to support the sourcing activity
- Perform procurement according to strategies that you have defined together with your stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial and legal agreements
- Review purchase requisitions, identify and select contract/suppliers in accordance with defined strategies and agreements




Skills requirements

- Experience of doing global business
- Procurement/Purchasing experience from either Digital or Cooperate Service is a must
- Knowledge about Digital Service & Cloud and/or Digital Hardware & Software is a merit
- Accountable and empowered
- Driving value creation opportunities (with business partners and suppliers)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages
- BSc (or higher) in Economics or Technical discipline from a university degree or equivalent institution
- Get motivated by working in a very dynamic work environment meeting new challenges daily
