In this assignment the goal is to create and maintain a first-class supplier base, where you will be part of the global team. It is essential for the success of the company, that the materials and services have the right quality, cost and technology.

The customer is looking for you, who has knowledge within rail and warehousing services. A senior mindset is preferable, someone who is comfortable handling simultaneous projects that are ongoing, with complex interface and a lot of impacting parameters into the business. You will be in charge for driving progress in the commodities and supplier relationships, in collaboration with the customers internal stakeholder.

Job assignments:
- Support the development of sourcing strategy and plan for your assigned commodity
- Lead and reinforce cross-functional sourcing projects including activities of, preparation, execution, analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and contract signing.
- Work towards individual & team targets and perform administrative tasks related to the job
- Maximize customer's total value of ownership for your assigned supplies

Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of experience from a relevant purchasing role and above listed sourcing activities
- University degree or similar experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience from warehouse management, logistics, project management
- Meritorious is the automotive indstry
