Procurement Category Manager for Uniper

Uniper is an international company with over 11,000 employees. There are approximately 1,000 employees in Sweden. As part of the global energy group Uniper, the operations in Sweden are a large electricity producer for industry and society with safe and stable electricity supply. Uniper Sweden has production facilities around the country with fossil-free hydropower and nuclear power, as well as responsibility for the Nordic region's largest peak and reserve power.

We are now looking for a Procurement Category Manager on behalf of Uniper. It is initially a consulting assignment that extends during the period March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks


* Deliver value-for-money procurement, maximizing business and project value
* End to end tender processes for a range of different categories across Uniper’s businesses in Sweden
* Overall sourcing responsibility for projects, supplier invitation & selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts
* Managing Business procurement requirements/requisitions
* Support and challenge business colleagues across all countries to ensure best commercial outcomes
* Using SAP & SAP Ariba for tenders
* Create purchase orders in SAP and Ariba
* Invoice checking & validation
* Actively manage Uniper suppliers ensuring competitive contracts and reliable supplies


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Procurement/Category Management background
- Proven track record of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders
- Experience in using SAP Ariba and relevant platforms (i.e. eVergabe)
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English required

* Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and our operations include, among other things, of rules around security protection, export control and nuclear non-proliferation.
