We are now looking for a replacement of the current Procurement Coordinator for Stenungsund and is offering you an exciting job with a great opportunity to contribute to the sourcing of investment projects and to develop further your negotiation and contracting skills.
Are you looking for a new challenge?
In this role, you will safeguard the procurement process in a nimble, compliant and efficient way. You will coordinate the procurement activities for investment projects by assignment to the respective project management teams (PMT) and you will safeguard that project objectives are met.
We need you to establish a professional and trusted relationship with the internal stakeholders as well as our external stakeholders; the suppliers and we want you to deliver ready to sign contracts in accordance to Borealis procedures.
About you
You are the right candidate for this position if you have a Bachelor degree (minimum) with 5-10 years of relevant experience in procurement or in a commercial or technical role. To succeed in this position, you need to be able to guide and work closely with the internal stakeholders and possess excellent negotiation and strong contractual skills. We believe you can drive your work in an independent, goal oriented and structured way, and demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethics to ensure compliance in the procurement process.
Finally, you should be able to handle simultaneously multiple projects with challenging timelines and be fluent in both written and spoken English.
