We are now looking for a structured person with an analytical mind to join our Procurement & Outsourcing team in Gothenburg - you who share our commitment and sense of responsibility. Are you our new Procurement coordinator?
BNP Paribas Cardif being B2B2C, we outsource a lot of our activities to our partners (banks and financial companies) and suppliers. We then have the obligation to guarantee that they perform well their daily tasks.
As a Procurement coordinator you will…
Fill in and coordinate standard questionnaires with suppliers to assess risk level
Assist in different outsourcing activities, such as administration related to monitoring of suppliers, sanction screening, schedule of meetings and committees with internal stakeholders, etc
Be in charge of running audits, interacting with internal staff and our partner/supplier correspondents to clarify the scope and attention points through preparation meetings
Guarantee the audit is well executed by driving the audit and collecting all requested evidences
Write the audit reports based on the results of the investigations
You will belong to the Procurement & Outsourcing team that is composed of 3 persons, in charge of the onboarding and follow up of all the suppliers of the company.
We are looking for...
A dedicated, well organized person who loves team work and has a passion for details. You work independently, deliver on time and are structured in your way of working. You are used to various tasks and have the ability to prioritize between them.
Our wishes:
Minimum one year experience from working in a similar role with coordination, administration and/or auditing
High integrity
Language: Fluent English. Understand Norwegian, Danish and Swedish
Good knowledge of MS office package
