Tetra Pak Technical Service AB Technical Service within Commercial Operations develops, sells and delivers global service products to our customers.Technical Service provides knowledge, technical competence development, spare parts, tools and methodologies to design, manufacture and support Tetra Pak products.3400 employees are working within Technical Service world-wide.Technical Service is looking for a Procurement Coordinator for the Stock Management & Operational Purchasing team in Lund. As Operational Purchaser you will be the link between suppliers and internal departments/market companies and handle the daily purchasing from assigned suppliers and sourcing purchase of non-forecasted parts.This includes registration of information in SAP R/3, follow up on orders as well as driving supplier performance issues in order to assure deliveries on time and in full.The job also includes participation in activities contributing to the overall goals of the team. The successful candidate is a self-motivated person that can achieve results independently as well as in a team.You are service minded and used to work at a high pace.As a person you are proactive, accurate and able to structure your work efficiently.You have a good command in English and Swedish both written and verbal.An advantage will be if you have relevant educational background, experience from purchasing and knowledge in SAP R/3.
