OM TJÄNSTEN
On site in Luleå, you will work for a major international company and you will be responsible for the purchasing and procurement function. You are responsible for a small team consisting of purchasing managers and purchasing analysts, and the collaboration takes place both locally and with colleagues in other countries in Europe. In the role you are responsible for, among other things, budget, deadlines, forecasts and goal fulfillment.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the process is managed by Academic Work, but you will be employed by our customer.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will for example:
* Develop, communicate and manage the implementation of purchasing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate and client goals.
* Manage annual purchasing budget and supplier base of suppliers.
* Analyse raw material and service needs for a property portfolio.
* Create requests for proposals and review bids.
* Create contracts, negotiate terms and implement services.
* Develop and implement nationwide strategies to optimise contract negotiations, contract renewals and invoicing.
* Manage and report on related program KPIs and metrics.
* Provide support, coaching and leadership for other purchasing and purchasing partners across the global network.
* Participate directly or indirectly and support companies' global purchasing initiatives and processes.

The service also involves travels, as you will be responsible for other countries.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have educational background in purchasing, logistics, business administration or equivalent, or equivalent experience from working life.
* Have at least five years 'experience from similar work in a data center or similar industry, or several years' experience from a similar role.
* Have the knowledge to perform advanced financial analysis
* Have experience in interpreting business documents, writing reports and negotiating with various parties.
* Have worked in accounting and / or business systems.
* Masters very good English, as most of the communication will be in English.
