Aurobay is looking for a Procurement Excellence Analyst. Aurobay Procurement has started an exciting journey to drive operational excellence and to become an innovative, cooperative, and customer focused procurement organization. We are working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to innovate and pool our skills to address risks and improve outcomes for our customers, factories, colleagues, and their communities. Our focus is to develop & empower an inclusive community and ecosystem in a resilient and business driven environment. We are extending our Procurement Excellence team to provide support to the commercial community as well as our business stakeholders regarding procurement related issues and possibilities.

What will you do?

- Support with the buyers and business stakeholders on procurement related topics throughout the source to pay process, with tools and systems for operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Monitor and coach Shared Service center partners
- Expedite and support master data updates and secure data quality
- Support maintenance of suppliers, contract, and catalog management
- Operational involvement in process development and provide input to strategic and digital projects
- Implement new process and tools within procurement and among stakeholders
- Plan, lead and facilitate procurement trainings
- Create and maintain communication and training material, plan and provide training to buyers and procurement stakeholders
- Based on the strategic development of our function tasks and projects will change and continuously evolve.


In your role you will work with continuous improvement and facilitate change, where you actively support best practice sharing across geographies with stakeholders from all parts of the Aurobay organization as well as our external ecosystem. You will support the development of the Global Procurement Organization, so having ability to network across the company is essential. We put great value in your personal traits and drivers. You work independently and are comfortable in driving projects and work towards multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving organization. Given that you will collaborate across the business, you should be a good communicator with a good tactical mindset. As you will come across a wide range of people in all levels of the organization it is essential to have the ability to create and maintain relationships with colleagues. The Procurement Excellence function has a strategic footprint, collaborating and interacting with stakeholders both externally and internally, and offers great possibilities for professional development and deep insight in our business.

Do you fit the profile?

- Experience within procurement with basic souring understanding preferable
- Preferably graduate degree in Economics or Business with focus on Purchasing and supply chain.
- System oriented and analytical competence
- Experience of S4/Hana and Ariba, or similar relevant procurement tools, as well as MS Office, process visualization tools
- Engaged change driver to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Preferably project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Chinese is meritorious
- Positive mindset with a curious and visionary attitude
