Right now, at Seco Tools, we’re looking for a driven Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team in the Procurement department in Fagersta. We welcome you to a high impact role with many opportunities for both personal and professional growth!
About the job
In this position, you play a crucial part in a team of specialists, focusing on enhancing the procurement value flow. Your responsibilities include reviewing, enhancing, and automating the procurement processes to align with both Seco’s needs and Sandvik group’s guidelines. You lead ongoing improvements and development in processes, KPIs, and tools to ensure reliable operations and meet our sustainability goals.
Further responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the IT team and cross-functional teams to develop efficient procurement tools and processes.
Guaranteeing compliance with all relevant policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Ensuring that procurement processes are designed, executed, and the documentation remains up-to-date.
Identifying process changes and managing exceptions to maintain workflow.
Providing support and overseeing the proper training of stakeholders.
Setting up measurements to proactively monitor and enhance process effectiveness and efficiency.
The location for this position is primarily in Fagersta, or near one of our Seco Tools sites.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with business acumen and a degree in Business, Economy, Communication, or similar line of education. You have previous experience working with tools such as ARIS, SharePoint, and Power BI. It’s beneficial to have experience in Lean principles along with knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, especially M3. Operating in a global environment requires proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
