As a Procurement Excellence Manager, focusing on Supplier Quality and Performance Management, you will be a driver for Procurement Excellence throughout all development and digitalization activities ensuring sustainable and resilient, efficient, and compliant business systems, tools, and processes.

Skills and Experience

- High business understanding, including the area of Supplier Quality Management, as well as a natural sense of business acumen.


- Deep understanding and experience from digital tools for the procurement profession, among others S4/Hana, Ariba, tools for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Relationship Management as well as other relevant procurement tools.


- Skilled change leader with successful documented track record of driving transformation within Strategic Sourcing/Procurement organizations. Solid project leadership and analytic skills.


- Good communication skills verbally and written in both Swedish and English, and multi-cultural experience, preferably in procurement and supply chain.


Your role at Aurobay

As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you will:

- Be major facilitator (center of competence), of the digital tools and capabilities within our network. Coach and train buyers, suppliers (when needed) and stakeholders.


- Lead and manage workstreams and projects in our Procurement Excellence Program throughout all development activities ensuring an innovative, flexible, sustainable, and compliant procurement toolbox. The role will be a vital part, with accountability and responsibilities, of the strategic digital strategy for procurement.


- Manage the execution of realistic business transition plans to ensure new capabilities are implemented while minimizing risk and business disruption.


- Coordinate activities with the Aurobay digital organization and assume ownership of the digital landscape from a business perspective.


- Drive cross functional development projects in close cooperation with stakeholders as well as business owners, developing, managing, and implementing our digital landscape.


- Evaluate and research new tools and capabilities on the market, collecting relevant data and user stories to support case development and project implementation.
