Procurement Exellence Lead

You will be Leading the journey to secure a long-term procurement excellence strategy, aligned to the business strategy of Aeronautics and Saab Group procurement excellence agenda

We are looking for a person with strong business understanding and passion for continuous improvements, efficiency and simplification whilst ensuring and strengthening our procurement compliance ways of working, culture and to lead this central work for Procurement within Saab Aeronautics.



Your role

As Procurement Excellence Lead, you will have a central role to

* Drive, support and assist Business Unit Procurement in ensuring compliance, reporting (incl. KPI's) and continuous improvement in processes, methods and tools supporting day-to-day procurement operations

* Lead activities to secure our license to operate in connection to procurement through planned and coordinated audit programs within each Business Unit aligned to external requirements

* Ensure continuous development in procurement excellence and Secure Aeronautics, PM&T common way of working, compliance and digitalization

* Lead the strategic planning, roadmap and daily operational work together with the procurement excellence team within aeronautics, the new Aeronautics organization and the increased focus on compliance

* You will have a large professional network not only within Aeronautics, but also with other business areas, Group Functions, our customers and authorities and act as team lead for a team of experienced team members.



You will report to Business Area Head of Procurement within the Operational excellence team.



Your profile

You are a trusting leader with excellent communication skills and confident in developing the strategic direction of Aeronautics procurement excellence function based on business needs at a BU, BA and corporate level.

You have senior experience within in the field of sourcing and supply or relevant function and possess a holistic mind set and understanding of sourcing and supply's processes and relations and impact on to the business. When collaborating with stakeholders and co-workers, you act to build relationships, influence and provide advice with a business mindset

You are clear and effective in your verbal and written communication in both Swedish and English.

Required skills:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or similar build-up of skills and experience.

* Previous experience of procurement operational development or experience relevant to this position.

* Leadership experience

* Experience in change management and lead change

* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
