MVV grundades 1990 som ett mjukvaruföretag med inriktning på balansering av tillverkningsprocesser. Idag är vi ett snabbväxande konsultföretag med ca.90 medarbetare och bred erfarenhet inom såväl produkt- som produktionsutveckling. MVV´s kunder finns framför allt inom områdena fordon, offshore, olja/gas, livsmedel, energi och tillverkning och vi servar marknaden ifrån flera kontor runt om i södra Sverige.

Beskrivning av tjänst:

Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction related to the delivery of ordered parts, systems, and/or services. Analyze requisition and purchase order information and instructions, sources of supply, production schedules, transportation methods and other data to insure that delivery schedules of purchased materials are maintained, according to pre-established plans and in compliance with the companys Quality Management System.

This includes:

Purchase Order Tracking

- Establish prioritized open purchase order expediting list based on scheduled delivery date, criticality of purchase order to project delivery, and/or management direction.
- Follow up of the production program: working phases, foreseen working hours
- Check on the fabrication progress compared to contractual milestones until delivery
- Able to analyze and interpret manufacturing and engineering documents
- Elaboration of recovery plans to decrease delays
- Proposing solutions in case of quality issues or manufacturing troubles
- Make sure we get the documents in due time and respect the schedule
- Expediting visits to supplier’s premises
- Edition of expediting reports

- Follow up all on-going Purchase Orders
- Look up after missing Test Equipment
- Check potential conflicts at the pressure testing facility
- Responsible for controlling COR’s
- Responsible for informing any delays in the production due to missing approval of documents
- Follow up NOI to be sent on time
- Responsible for making sure we receive the Progress Report on a weekly basis
- Responsible for making sure we receive the HSE Report on a monthly basis



Purchase Order Expediting

- Follow up, update and report status of open purchase orders.
- The expeditor will use telephone calls, email, and in person supplier visits to ensure suppliers deliver purchased material and services promptly and accurately.
- Working with suppliers to enforce understanding of purchase order content, including supporting notes and instructions.
- Ensure supplier deliveries and invoices match the current purchase order.

- Resolve with the suppliers any delivery inconsistencies, discrepancies and/or delays in order to eliminate schedule impacts.
- Timely feedback to buyers and Manager on observed delays and/or problems.
- Interface with Shipping/Receiving to track and correct material delivery problems.
- Attend project and schedule status meetings and report requisition and purchase order updates.
- Maintain material traceability records in compliance with API standards.

Krav och Kvalifikationer:

Master level within technical or engineering

Hold a first successful experience in O&G business

Excellent knowledge of English language

Personal Characteristics:

Is a good communicator

Has the ability to create enthusiasm

Have good networking skills

Is solution and customer oriented?
