Procurement & Facility Specialist - Substitution

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and managing the budget for Procurement and Facilty & Maintenance department
• Leading the projects related to the improvement of the department and cost control
• Negotiating contracts related to maintenance of facilities and taking care of the Tenders
• Analyzing KPI’s related to Maintenance service & Cost optimization
• Organizing facility work related to Closing/Openings of the store in line with HQ
• Reporting departments results and improvements on monthly basis
• Frequent communication with Suppliers and Landlords of our facilities
• Daily invoices approval and use of internal Inditex tools
Daily cooperation with other departments such as (IT, Security, Transport, Accounting, Controlling
Skills and Attitudes:
•Good Analytical skills in order to report and analyze costs
• Good Negotiation and Communication skills with Llords,Suppliers, and HQ in Spain
• Well Organized and Structured person as traceability and follow up is crucial
•Experience in negotiating contracts
• Team spirit and good cooperation with stores and other internal departments
