The Job
Do you love operations, solving problems and are you motivated by having a direct impact on the experience of +100,000 weekly customers?
For our growing team in the Nordics, we are looking for an Incident Coordinator to join our young and dynamic procurement operations team. You will hold a business critical function, safeguarding the weekly supply of our ingredients and packaging to ensure our customers receive high quality products in time in their weekly meal-box.
You will be based out of our (soon finished) new-build Fulfillment Center in Bjuv, Sweden and work closely with our supply chain and operations teams at our regional headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark.
You will…
Incident resolution: Work with suppliers, warehouse and procurement teams to solve incidents such as late, short and poor quality deliveries detected at inbounding or over the course of production within short deadlines. This includes:
Monitoring incoming incident tickets
Sending replenishment orders to suppliers
Coordinating transport from supplier facility to our warehouse if needed
Regularly checking in person shipments to ensure the exact quantity and quality of items are delivered
Performing end of day receiving checks in our warehouse management system
Proactively identifying and escalating risks
Closing out incident tickets in our system
Claim management: Collect data related to on-time, in-full, in-quality incidents and send claims to suppliers
Team player: Contribute to a positive team dynamic that encourages our warehouse and production staff to collaborate, share feedback and drive change within the facility, and stay focused on the customer experience

Our operations run 7 days per week - you will take part in an on-call weekend rotation to support solving urgent incidents. You should only expect to be on-call 1 weekend approx. every 7 weeks and you will get time off on another day in return.
You have…
+1 year of full-time work experience from an operations role within Production/Food Manufacturing/Assembly/Distribution/Retail
Excellent English and Swedish language skills
An operations and problem-solving zealot with the ability to think on your feet - you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy high pressure and high impact
A “whatever it takes” mentality that drives you to find solutions to problems
A high energy personality with a positive can-do flexible attitude
A structured approach to work, detail orientation and you take pride in what you do
You are self-motivated with a desire to learn responsibility through hard work and integrity
You are comfortable working with basic data reports in Excel/GSheets
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus but not required
