Take Procurement lead on all larger projects within Real Estate & Facility
Group Workplace Management at NKT is a growing function and we are currently looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Procurement Lead. The team is responsible for all workplace related activities which include Real Estate, Facility Management and Site & Building security.
As the Procurement Lead you will be responsible and primary point of contact for global Real Estate and Facilities-related projects. It also includes involvement in the Real Estate portfolio with lease/sales/buy contracts on land & buildings. You will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate procurement activities and supervise/drive the procurement plan within the various projects and contribute as the subject matter expert for contract and sourcing strategy and planning. Since this is a fairly new role within Real Estate another important task will be to build up an strategic sourcing process for larger Real Estate & Facilities projects - on a global level.
Besides the above your primary responsibilities will be to:
* manage supplier selection process and ensures supplier selections are based on sound selection criteria’s.
* negotiate frame agreements, supply agreements and price agreements
* define sourcing requirements, supplier decisions, risks, cost considerations, etc.
* lead supplier performance reviews for Real estate & Facilities
* support Due Diligence and Company Acquisitions
* build and maintain stakeholder relations
* act as an internal advisor in matters concerning existing agreements.
* continuously develop the supplier portfolio to match the increasing requirements
You will belong to the global Group Workplace Management team, working closely with the six colleagues in Karlskrona where this role is placed. Expected travel days around 15-30 days/year.

This is a senior, challenging and exciting role with broad exposure to the organization at all levels. You are therefore expected to possess the needed communication skills, natural authority and strategic procurement skills to engage effectively with the entire business. You have a demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically, with a strong focus on effective stakeholder relations.
The ideal candidate have experience within project management with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong drive for success and for achieving results. You have a positive and constructive approach and remains open-inded to new ideas and insights.
Preferred qualifications:
* University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar or equivalent work experience
* 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities and/or Project Management in an industrial/building company
* Proven supplier relationship management skills and experience
* Project management experience
* Experience in starting up or relocating a factory including both machinery and buildings is meritorious
* Experience with subcontracted/outsourced processes
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory rules such as PBL, work environment legislation and contract law such as ABK 09, AB 04, ABT 06 etc.
* High level proficiency in Swedish and English - both verbal and written
