We are looking for a Swedish and English speaking Procurement & Logistics Specialist for an international company in Västerås! Start in the beginning of January, one year contract to begin with.
Your responsibilities:
• Ensuring that we keep operations running with a reliable supply chain by managing risks and costs and leveraging the clients requirements in Sweden.
• Finding the best available competitive source of material by running quotation process via the client standardized tools.
• Contracting and negotiating with supplier on yearly basis or in project related purchases.
• Coordinating with engineering, project management and sales to add value, driving continuous improvement and satisfying customers.
• Executing strategic sourcing and managing supply base for assigned responsibilities.
• Keeping up to date with market and industry trends within your area of expertise and communicating the potential impact on business.
• Developing and administering processes associated with procurement.
Your background:
• Education in Logistics, Procurement or Supply Chain Management
• A customer-focused and self-motivated personality with teamwork attitude
• Strong analytical, reasoning, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is in the beginning of January and the contract period is 1 year to begin with.
